Donate Equipment

We’re always looking for equipment for our players! As long as it is still functional (please, toss your own badly damaged or beyond-repair equipment), we can likely put it to use.

You can drop it off at one of our practices (typically at the Ice Plex – check our calendar) or contact equipment@barbarab45.sg-host.com to make other arrangements.

Youth teams – we’d love to receive items from equipment drives!

Fundraise for us!

Do you/your team need to do a service project? We’d be happy to work with you to set up and easy way for you to do a peer-to-peer fundraiser, and do all the tracking for you!

See our list of ongoing fundraisers HERE.

Much of what we raise goes to pay for ice time. We appreciate everyone’s support!

We’re going back to Pittsburgh! Who wants to join us?

I don’t have a lot of details other than the dates, but based on our experience two years ago (2022), I expect that games will start on FRIDAY 4/19 around noon and run through Sunday 4/21 around noon.

Right now, I’m gauging who is interested in attending based on the information I currently have available:

  • It is about an 8.5 hour drive
  • There are just a couple of direct flights, and many one-stops (but you’ll want to check the baggage requirements for all your player’s equipment)
  • First game will likely be in the early afternoon on Friday (but let me know in the form below if you could be there for Saturday/Sunday and not Friday).
  • Typically, there is a guarantee of at least 3 games
  • Saturday night, there will be a social event of some sort – usually with fun food and dancing!!
  • We’ll likely have a block of rooms at a nearby hotel at a discount.
  • We’ll be able to offer some financial assistance to those who need it (the amount will depend upon the number of participants).

It is a great adventure – you’ll get to know your teammates and their families, and see meet players from other programs.

Questions? Want to know more about what it is like? Families who have attended in the past would be happy to share their experience!
